Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to best suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship out of the United States or to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Issues

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as delays, lost packages, or damaged items, please contact our customer service team at havenproducellc@gmail.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Please check back with us in the future as we expand our shipping options.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Haven, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at cassandram@havenproducell.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

  2. Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

  3. Return Address: Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return shipping address and any additional instructions.

  4. Review and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the original payment method will be credited within 7 business days.

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged)

  • Produce of any kind

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cassandram@havenproducellc.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
